The Spot 371 held its First Annual Car Show last Saturday, June 15th. We were thrilled about this event as we’ve gotten to know Glen, the owner, very well. It's been a joy to watch his dream for The Spot 371 grow and come to life. Attending events in the Nisswa Lakes Area is always exciting, and supporting local businesses like Glen’s is a priority. Glen consistently puts the community first, bringing unique attractions to the area and fostering a fantastic sense of community. His other businesses in Nisswa, Northern Gifts & Sweets and Glen’s Ice Cream Parlor, managed by his partner Tammy, are also wonderful local spots. We’ve partnered with them to exclusively sell our Camp Nisswa gear in their stores.
About the Show: This was the first annual car show for The Spot 371. Glen had envisioned this event and brought it to fruition. He had previously organized a successful car show at their Nisswa location a few years back and wanted to bring that experience to The Spot 371. Glen’s passion for classic cars is evident throughout his shop. He has created a family-friendly environment at his locations and continues to expand on his ideas.
The show was a hit! We attended the first half of the event and captured some fantastic photos, which can be found in our photo gallery below. Interacting with participants and admiring their vehicles was a highlight. The show featured a variety of vehicles, from classics to modern models, including unique trucks (from Fords to an RC truck), motorcycles, Firebirds, and Mustangs. Don’t miss out on exploring our gallery! Feel free to grab or download any photos—you’re welcome to enjoy them as much as we did taking them.
Be sure to check out our exclusive Camp Nisswa gear available only at The Spot 371 in Brainerd and Northern Gifts & Sweets and Glen’s Ice Cream Parlor in Nisswa. Also, we highly encourage you to try one of their bubble waffles, exclusive at The Spot 371—you will thank us later!
