This Copyright Notice and Protection Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all content, media, communications, creative works, and brand expressions produced or published by Camp Nisswa LLC (“Camp Nisswa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Minnesota limited liability company. By accessing or using any of our platforms, websites, social media accounts, newsletters, or other public-facing channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
 

1. Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all materials, including but not limited to written content, marketing strategy, photographs, graphics, logos, slogans, video, audio, branding elements, product concepts, social media content, and layout design (collectively, “Protected Content”), are the sole and exclusive property of Camp Nisswa LLC. This includes content published with or without the © (copyright) symbol.

Camp Nisswa LLC retains all rights under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or transmission of any Protected Content—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited without our express, written permission.

All original works created and published by Camp Nisswa LLC are protected under the United States Copyright Act upon creation, regardless of whether they include a copyright symbol, notice, or formal registration. The absence of a copyright notice does not constitute a waiver of any rights under U.S. or international copyright law.
 

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reproduce or republish Camp Nisswa content for commercial or non-commercial use without express written consent.

• Use Camp Nisswa’s content strategy, likeness, or brand identifiers (including but not limited to name, logo, gear, taglines, event titles, or slogans) in a manner that could cause confusion or falsely imply association or endorsement.

• Mirror or frame any portion of the Camp Nisswa website or media content.

• Use scraping tools, AI models, or automated means to extract content for duplication or use in derivative works.

We monitor usage across platforms and will act upon unauthorized reproduction or imitation.
 

4. Enforcement and Legal Remedies

Camp Nisswa LLC actively enforces its rights under U.S. copyright law and the laws of the State of Minnesota. In the event of unauthorized use or infringement, Camp Nisswa LLC reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including:

• Cease-and-desist orders

• DMCA takedown notices

• Civil damages (including statutory damages and attorneys’ fees)

• Equitable relief through injunctive action

• Legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Crow Wing County, Minnesota

Camp Nisswa LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Copyright Notice and Protection Policy at any time without prior notice. Revisions will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
