One of our favorite summer traditions returned to Gull Lake, and once again, it did not disappoint.

The 17th Annual Gull Lake Classic was held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Bar Harbor Supper Club on Gull Lake, bringing together an incredible collection of classic boats, boating history, and people who share a love for life on the water.

The event is presented by the Land-O-Lakes Classic Boat Club, a chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society, and year after year they put together an incredible show that celebrates the history, craftsmanship, and stories behind these boats.

This year’s show was especially memorable, with the Marque class featuring 100-year-old boats along with the special “Century of Century” celebration honoring the 100th anniversary of Century Boats.

From Chris-Craft and Century Boats to beautifully restored classics from throughout boating history, there was no shortage of incredible boats to see.

We had the chance to spend part of the day walking the docks, visiting with people, and capturing photos from throughout the show.

There is just something special about seeing these boats up close. The craftsmanship, the history, the stories behind them, and of course the setting on Gull Lake make the Gull Lake Classic one of those events we look forward to every summer.

A huge thank you to the Land-O-Lakes Classic Boat Club and everyone involved in organizing and putting on the Gull Lake Classic.

Thank you as well to Bar Harbor Supper Club and its staff for once again providing such a great setting and experience, to all of the participants who brought their incredible boats, and to the volunteers who helped make the day happen.

Events like this take a lot of work behind the scenes, and we appreciate everyone who helps keep this tradition going year after year.

The Gull Lake Classic is always a highlight of our summer, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Until then, enjoy some of the photos we captured from the 17th Annual Gull Lake Classic at Bar Harbor. 2026 Photo Gallery
